Jenise Keller – Executive Concierge Administrator

Jenise is a Northern California girl with a love of all things travel and helping people. She has recently become our in-house Transaction Coordinator and Communications and Marketing assistant. She earned a degree in Communications Studies from California State University, Sacramento. While at Sac State she took lead in countless class projects. Her favorite project was developing and implementing a campaign to inform Sac State stakeholders of the newly instituted ticketing system for Sac State graduations. Along with her 100-Watt smile and upbeat personality, Jenise brings communications, marketing, and social media expertise with her to the team.

When she is not working she loves to travel, binge watch shows on Netflix, and discover new things to do in the Sacramento Region.

Amy Feulner – Executive Concierge Administrator. Amy is our in-house transaction coordinator and marketing assistant. A Granite Bay native, Amy recently moved back to her beloved hometown after working in the green and property management industry in Honolulu, Hawaii. An athlete and graduate of California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo, Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Business in 2014. Amy brings her local knowledge, colorful and technical writing skills and bright personality to the team!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Soheila Rezae – Realtor. Soheila came to the United States about two decades ago. She speaks three languages: Farsi, Turkish, and English. She ran her own Business for twenty years before she started Real Estate.  Her Passion for Real Estate drove her to make the decision to make a career in Real Estate. Living for a long time in the area gives Soheila the advantage of being an expert in Roseville, Rocklin, Granite bay, El Dorado Hills, and Folsom. She is very savvy, sharp, smart and understanding. She believes in “thinking outside of the box” to develop strategies to achieve her clients goals and needs whether they are buyers or sellers. She is a very hard worker who is trustworthy, loyal and has a strong work ethic. Her ability in understanding her client’s needs is the key as it expedites the search process so that her clients are not wasting any of their time and find their dream property with the utmost ease. The Lifestyle Luxury Properties Team utilizes Sarah’s talents to facilitate our transactions while in escrow, which insures a smooth transaction for our buyer’s and seller’s as we facilitate the Real Estate transaction process.
